I liked the overall look of the site. The darker style and product photos were nice, and it was easy to shop. A few pages felt a little crowded on my phone, but I still found what I needed without much trouble.

Ordering was easy enough, but trying to get help after was kind of frustrating. It took a while for them to get back to me, and when they did, the answer didnt really clear anything up. They werent rude or anything, just not super helpful. I expected a bit better.

I ordered from plugyourholes.com expecting it to take a bit, but it actually arrived really fast. They sent tracking quickly too, which I always appreciate. Everything was packed well and showed up with no problems. if you’re thinking about ordering from them, I’d say go for it, the shipping was super easy and faster than I expected.

My order showed up packed well, and uh, nothing was damaged at all. The box felt sturdy and the items were wrapped nicely. The only thing was there was a bit too much tape, so opening it was kind of annoying lol. Still happy overall and I’d order again.

I mean, the fit was exactly like the size chart said it would be, so yeah, that was a nice surprise...

They worked fine and the quality was okay, but nothing really stood out to me. Not bad, just kind of average. If you’re looking for something more solid or reliable, these are probably avoidable.

They actually had a good range of stuff, with more sizes and styles than I expected. I spent a while trying to decide what to get, which isn’t the worst problem to have. That said, I did get a bit annoyed because some of the filtering and product info wasn’t very clear, so it took longer than it should have. Would’ve been 5 stars if it was easier to narrow things down

I ordered a few plugs from plugyourholes.com, and to be fair, the package got to me quickly. But once I opened it, the good first impression kind of dropped off because the order wasn’t actually right.

One pair was the wrong size, and another set was a different color than what I chose. I checked my confirmation email just to make sure I wasn’t mixing things up, but nope, what I ordered and what arrived didn’t match.

Customer service did eventually get back to me, so I won’t say it was a total disaster, but the whole thing still felt sloppy. Having to wait and then deal with returns made it more annoying than it needed to be

These fit just right and were really comfortable all day. They didn’t bother my ears at all, and overall it was a smooth experience wearing them
