For the second time in a row I bought some 4g plugs and the flares were so big that I couldn’t get them in. Really stupid.

You F U C K I N G suck. Didn’t give me the promotion I paid for. Buy 3 plugs, get one free. You gave me a $5 off a pair coupon. Plus two of those plugs were the wrong F U C K I N G size.

These were a gift for my boyfriend's birthday & I asked them to wish him a happy birthday(not really expecting it, as I know they have plenty of other orders to handle) & not only did they wish him a happy birthday on the invoice paper, but they drew a little snail blowing out candles on a birthday cake on a separate piece of paper! Really awesome & unexpected!

I loved my opal stone plugs and sono wood heart shaped tunnels, I wear them both daily. But I wasn’t a huge fan of the black agate heart stone plugs due to the fact that they were more oval shaped than heart shaped, I was able to add nail polish to part of it to add some depth and make the shape more prominent so it ended up well. Overall I still love the plugs

I love the products and the quality, but the shipping and customer service leaves something to be desired. I'm sure they probably take care of a high volume of orders but items almost always take three+ weeks to arrive. There have been times my mom and order and we get emails that our products weren't available and they refund our payment and send us money vouchers. Good business, needs a little help.

I ordered new plugs for overnight shipping last Thursday and it is now Wednesday and I still have not received them. I reached out to the company to ask them to lower the price of everything to standard shipping because I paid $81 for overnight and it simply was not overnight... At this point is is just regular shipping. They told me that they can't control the shipping which is so odd to me. When there are delays with any other company, I am typically told these things. I look online today and it came all the way to my town and was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and they have for some reason returned the plugs. I am so fed up with this trash place. I read terrible reviews before but kept giving them a chance and I guess that was my mistake. Shop elsewhere and don't waste your time with these people.

As of now I've ordered from yall 4 times 2 of those times I was given the wrong size im at a 1/2 and I was given a 7/16 on a pair of wood plugs and silver tunnels both double flaired im not sure on the date its been awhile but you should be able to look up my account also have pics as well comparing the sizes

Pretty great products and quick shipping. I have many many pairs from this shop. Only caveat is don’t bother using their chat option because twice I messaged them (even left my email for them to get back to me), about a coupon code that was sent to me that was not working. Never got a reply back.
